What happens to your answers

Everything you type is saved in this browser on this device, not on our servers. We can't see it. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, it is gone, so use "Save my workbook" to keep a copy.

If you choose to save, we send the following to our customer database (GoHighLevel), so we can email you your workbook and follow up:

• your first name and email
• your business name, website, industry, city, core values and services
• how far you got, your average self-score, and your funnel numbers (monthly revenue and biggest lever)
• your headline draft and main call to action (Workbook 1), or your main challenge (Workbook 3)

Your other answers and AI results are not sent. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in any email. To have your saved details deleted, email info@taichetan.com.

In a session we run with a partner organization, your saved details come to Taičhetán, marked with that partner's name. The partner receives totals only, such as how many people started and finished. It never sees your answers or your contact details.

The "Open in ChatGPT" and "Open in Claude" buttons open that service with the prompt filled in, and the prompt can include your earlier answers. What you send there is covered by that company's privacy policy, not ours. You can always copy the prompt instead and paste it wherever you like.

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how the workbooks are used, for example where people click, how far they scroll and which modules they finish, so we can improve them. The text on every workbook page is masked before anything leaves your browser, so what you type is never sent to Clarity.
